-Management of company is poor. -Poor HR policy. -Working environment poor. -BSNL hasn't been improving company technology, equipment and data centre so it's difficult to compete with other services operator. -skill development opportunity for employees nil. -Corruption on tenders/Its level. -Govt. of India would not be supportive to BSNL. -good thing only this is Govt. Entity.
