BPCL CGD Rupnagar has played a major role in building my career. After my Graduation, I joined BPCL CGD Rupnagar. Here I got to learn a lot about Natural Gas, CGD Workings, CNG, PNG etc. Majorly I am working in Development of New CNG Stations, CNG O&M, CNG Sales and Marketing. The atmosphere and working environment is quite good and near to my Home. The team is very supportive and kind.

Dislikes

Rupnagar is a very small district. The potential of Gas Sales is little bit less as Population of Rupnagar GA is approximately 6 lac.

Company work culture is very toxic and worst. Don't join any BPCL related projects because the organisation never care about their employees and the arrogant of BPCL management employees are very high.

Very very very poor organisation BPCL. Politics are lots off and all the government BPCL employees are uneducated(अनपढ़). They are just Master in passing the paler and eating the commission.

Work-Life Balance is zero there is no fixed time you have to 24/7 in order to achieve targets in sales as well as in engineering too. I prefer if your not permanent then don't stay for longer period there you won't have any skills after getting out in order to get another job.
