Likes

Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is ahugecafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are Good,appraisals are fair and they give good Salary Home and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't but career growth is slow . There is none of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joined.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting ivstruggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got chance to wear multiple hard and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Company work culture is very toxic and worst. Don't join any BPCL related projects because the organisation never care about their employees and the arrogant of BPCL management employees are very high.

Dislikes

Very very very poor organisation BPCL. Politics are lots off and all the government BPCL employees are uneducated(अनपढ़). They are just Master in passing the paler and eating the commission.

Work culture is good, you'll get know how petroleum industry works and all stuff.

Dislikes

Work-Life Balance is zero there is no fixed time you have to 24/7 in order to achieve targets in sales as well as in engineering too. I prefer if your not permanent then don't stay for longer period there you won't have any skills after getting out in order to get another job.
