Chairman/ Correspondent is having 35 year old rotten ideas in teaching methods. Where neither there is growth for the students or teachers. He uses filthy language to address every employee and parents.

Dislikes

Filthy language of the management and no salary is given even in offline classes. Students are beaten like wild animals by the management. NEVER JOIN YOUR CHILD IN THIS SCHOOL AND NEVER WORK HERE.

Work Details

Worst and filthy management. You may be kicked out any time without salary. Absolutely no job security. Still salary is as of June 2022 is 40% even after starting of physical classes.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
