You may be asked to stay back at college after the working hours (9am to 5 pm) for meeting of all faculties. I stayed back at college upto 11pm at night, many times (it happens at least 5 to 6 times each month). College owner calls these meetings. Even lady faculties had to stay back upto 9 to 9:30pm. This will absolutely destroy your family life. You must be continuously be able to butter the chairman (owner) of the college - while showing good results - to get any increments. Lot of people are there who are close to the Chairman (Owner) who will whisper negative things about you. There are informers for the Chairman all over the college. So a lot of internal politics is involved which might make your life a living hell<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Higher is your salary lesser is your job security</mark>. If you are getting greater than INR. 1,00,000/- (one lakh) per month, your job permanently insecure. You are just 1 phone call away from losing your job at any minute after getting some garbage excuse (Like you cannot control students, you have bad student feedback, your publications are not good). If you are from a high demand subject like Computer Science, AI & ML -nobody will dare to touch you. Even bad performance will be completely overlooked....Read More

This is only college in Hyderabad, who cut 25% salary as security for first 6 months. Management said that the security money will return at the time of relieving. Till date they have not given security deposite to any one. Even they charge six month salary when you resign. They alwayssays that due to voilation of agreement faculty have to pay six months salary. If u leave the college after a year of after 5 years, always they says that faculty have voilate the rule. Here HR police is very poor. They have not gave the relieving letter and experience letter to any staff. Please do not join this college....Read More
