Worst ever institute to work with. they are doing some illegal practices. they trap innocent job needy people; they take security deposits and seize it to never give back. they never give any experience certificate even if you complete all formalities, and in opposite they get the no dues form signed and give NO receiving + no FnF. (probably to blackmail later); all false promises give FnF later and nver receive any call or never reply to any email. The HR is (ofcourse) a puppet of the management. All of the above ratings are literally true. For work culture, you have to be PRO in politics, appeasement and cheating. No space for new/creative thoughts. Leave policies are worst ever you have seen anywhere. unnecessary sal-cuts. you can be fired any hour, just dare to differ; This college, trust me needs to be dragged to court, and they will find an open violations of labor laws....Read More
