No one not did fixtures development in MFD machine shop every second also is very important to productivity, please develop fixtures then u get more production and it's helpful to time saving and cost saving and then only it's possible to in time delivery to customer

No work culture , no skill development , no benefits .. Just work for your entire life as a slave fully outdated .. Mainly HR Policies are hopeless .. HR policies are made in 1965 and not changed anything . Entire world is moving forward but BFW is moving backward with there old outdated policies and administration .. The fact that BFW is still having difficulties after 60 years speaks something about their effectiveness . how can they accomplish something significant if they don't have youthful talent?
