No work culture , no skill development , no benefits .. Just work for your entire life as a slave fully outdated .. Mainly HR Policies are hopeless .. HR policies are made in 1965 and not changed anything . Entire world is moving forward but BFW is moving backward with there old outdated policies and administration ..
