Brand Name Infrastructure Recently changed to 5 days a week

-Poor HR policies and there is always a delay in appraisal cycle. -Name sake training and development. Employees seems like a burden on HR. -Poor Exposure -Confused mindset.. No clarity on job role. -Maximum employees are overloaded so even after putting lots of effort, satisfaction factor is missing as there is always big task of work pending with you.

One of the best and organised manufacturing company to work with. Good cultured and huge opportunity for skill enhancement. Exposure to all forginging process with supporting and sporting staff. One should spend long term in company like Bharat Forge.

I had served for 3yrs fir Bharat forge in sales and marketing as Key Account Manager. Very learning environment and exposure to all commercial terms process, mfg process is obtained.. one can do wonders in this company if properly utilized the resources.

Bharat Forge is very good for lazy people, not a systamatic company. All HR rules are supports to only HR not Employee. Promotion policies are very poor. Incentives are very poor. Relieving formalities are very stringent. Un experienced HR's rule the company

No proper response for GET and no proper communication between HR and employee, even between HR and plant head. Need to thing on working in this company as GET because they hire GET just for showing number to government. They will say anything like you got extension but after their end of contract period you will never get any response from your working department and HR department

Extremely toxic workplace No respect for others AVP has no ethics, shouts for no reason, Sometimes you have work as an operator, cleaner, crane operator, No proper training, Zero support from AVP or Manager. Bad HR dept, Zero support from them No work life balance Appraisal is a Joke, Hold incentive for 5-6 months
