Workplace is chaotic.full of pollution heat. No facilities for trainees. No fixed week of. Everyone simply want to please the AVPs and VPs And especially MR RAJU KALYANI. Especially the permanent employees like the labour force does not work at all. Most of the work is done by the contract guys.

Dislikes

Most of the things. Every year they take thousands of trainees but did not confirm their employment.only very few who have connections inside the company get through

Dislikes

MCD 2 department was not good compared all 11 departments in Bharat Forge.
