Brand Name Infrastructure Recently changed to 5 days a week

-Poor HR policies and there is always a delay in appraisal cycle. -Name sake training and development. Employees seems like a burden on HR. -Poor Exposure -Confused mindset.. No clarity on job role. -Maximum employees are overloaded so even after putting lots of effort, satisfaction factor is missing as there is always big task of work pending with you.

Salary is not receiving on time... Delayed by 7 to 12 days every month with unexpected deduction. Lots of salary deduction. LTA not paid in every month. Here is hike like 1.5% to 2% annual. Lots of politics in company. No learnings. Work-life balance is zero. Leaves policy is so bad. Not only leaves policy but all policy are not in employees favour. Think 100 times before joining this company.

Dislikes

In R & D centre KCMI there is huge partiality regarding increment or appraisal. Promotion to be given to that people who are favourite of HOD. About leave - one day leave you can not take even in medical emergency too. Too much frustrated due to bad work culture.

No proper response for GET and no proper communication between HR and employee, even between HR and plant head. Need to thing on working in this company as GET because they hire GET just for showing number to government. They will say anything like you got extension but after their end of contract period you will never get any response from your working department and HR department

Dummy R&D, No funding for R&D, No alignment of research with company goals. Non deserving candidates, lacking technical acumen leading NPD team. Hopeless R&D leadership, pure Non performing leaders warming R&D chair for years together. No performance based incentive, favouritism wins over everything.
