For a fresher, the Bank is great for learning about all major banking functions and processes. Initial training is provided for 5 days which covers concepts like deposits, advances, forex, etc. Its a secure job and in some branches you do get a 'Family Environment'

No raises or bonuses. Wage revision has not been done since 2016.

Late sitting at branches. Having double shift branches, we all are not taking break. We continue work from morning 9.15 to 6.00. Than too we have to sit late at night till 7.30-8.00.

Likes I don't know. It depends on the branch and people working with you.

There is over excessive work load. No training is given. No support from seniors. Seniors just give their work to juniors and relax and hr also does nothing about this. If u complain about anything u get transferred, so most of the people don't say anything and suffer. Worst management. No yearly salary hike. No bonus. No appreciation of work. Just more work is given as reward for your work. Management should seriously consider this as warning or else no good employees will stay....Read More
