Work culture is very good and management is very friendly. Company provides accomodation and fooding at very nominal cost. Best place to learn and grow as a professional. Salary for the core department engineers (i.e. Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Metallurgy, Mining) are the best in the industry. They treat new joinees as their "Damaad" ( son in law) and try to every possible facilities for those new joinees just seperated from their parents and entering new phase of professional life. They also maintain a healty gender ratio among news joinees that is also cherry on cake for all those B.Tech guys😁....Read More
