The company's managing director is very supportive & kind nature person. When I had joined this organization, no one guide me & explain me about how to do work, discipline, safety, so at that time Manager sir had given proper guidance like I can say true mentor of mine.I love the fact that I am a part of an organization that 2nd largest dyes oroduction company in Gujrat. Personal work experience growth is slow. senior executive of maintenance & production department do not value & resepect employee's unique strengths, due to that I must take back my suggestions most of the times. Also, there is no on-job training for fresher's, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step,which is a pain sometimes.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after entire maintenance work as well as manage day-to-day yield operations and problems. On my personal research, I get to work closely with the colleagues, it is great experience.
