I Joint here on 15th May and in few days understood complete mess-up in account department, No Senior staff are taking any responsibility. Specially Account head and manager level staff. No systematic work allocation , doer will do the work and audience staff will watch the match. Salary not in time, Management have done a mistake with selecting such head staff.
