Work environment are like a nightmare, its not a job its a puzzle they force you to buy there non movements products, salary 😂😂😂end of the month you can't see your salary fee to undercut price ... yearly salary hike 300 to 500 rs 😁😁just keep safe distance from b g distributors

They are not provide full TA and Incentives... Once you left the company, you have to forget your last month salary. Jo log unke liye kam karte hai...unka hi paise katte hai.

If you are join in a small channel....they were provide 400 outlets....out of them 200 outlets doesn't exist... As they are giving 400 outlets target and you have to make that from 200 outlets, because you don't have others 200 outlets.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role.
