This is the worst institution to be associated with. You have no future or any career growth. Besides they will torture you so that you fail to do any other work for yourself. During this COVID they were paying us @ 50% deductions in our salary, and now they have asked us to go on forced leave; and to a few they have asked to leave permanently. So this is the worst place you should be at.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role.
