Poor management, bossy behaviour of the higher management, there is no humanity with regards to employees and their issues. People over them treat their as employees as machines. Salaries are kept on hold for petty issues. No solutions given to any problem instead managers tends to abuse or use personal comments on their employees.

Worst company have ever seen and higher management is not aware what the employees are going through at lower level lot of politics and higher management is bias no personal life and higher management is not understanding lower mangement concerns,without any means they target a person so that person leaves the job and hope after writing this it is being considered by the higher management ,no lunch break people working here for 12 to 13 hours,no wifi people have to use their own phone data,higher management does not have any courtesy towards their relationship managers...Read More

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
