Dislikes

Undeserving people becoming directors and team leads just because they hang out with the so called HOD'S, once you take a stand for yourself they will start playing their petty games. Females at higher management are the worst and then their blind followers, I must say they should start giving interviews with good organization just to understand where they stand. ( I am very sure they will get rejected in screening call itself)...Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
