Beyond Key Systems is very good company in terms of Career Growth and Skill Development. They have Flexible Timing Option and Healthy Work Culture. I joined this company in Oct 2020 and since then I am getting good support from Senior Management. HR department is very helpful and takes action with in a day in case of any inconvenience.

Dislikes

Did not spend much time. So not known to me till now.

Work Details

I am working here as a Senior Software Engineer with exp of 7+ years.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
