Please, "never join as a QA here"... work pressure is at an all-time high, they will point out every single mistake you make, no matter how much work you put in...this is just a content writing job, no appreciation here. And the worst part is that higher management never comes to interact with you, they don't care if you live or die....and the most important thing is the internal team politics and favouritism within the team, and of course their leader is the QA management. Worst of all, you must make MOM of 1-hour calls that are irrelevant to you as a QA but are required. There is a lot to do here, and if you join as a QA, your life will be f***k. Furthermore, there is no room for advancement here because you will never be promoted no matter how hard you work. There is no IJP criteria here, only seniority. Please never join as a QA here because there is no work related to QA, it's all about content writing and typing jobs, and no one will respect you there.
