Nothing. Even the name is literally stupid! 10 years and yet no defined SOPs or tech presence such as automations.

Dislikes

Terrible and toxic work culture. Senior managers with extremely poor attitude towards their juniors. Set completely unrealistic targets to ensure you are not getting the variable pay.

Work Details

Absolutely pathetic. Only married for a year but this job started affecting that negatively as well. Completely toxic culture.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
