The working exposure, comfortability, ease of access of work data and giving opportunity to work across different fields and industries.during vivid 19 lockdown they have provided work from home ease basis where I'm able to connect to office and colleagues easily will video calls Data transfers and if required to come to office I am being examined at each and every step by the Management

Dislikes

Over matured work culture so beignieers won't like the company here, office politics and most importantly if you are living in Delhi you can't work late because it's way far from Delhi

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
