Providing all sort of benefits when travelling on site with all allowance and satisfactory work environment

The work culture, hatred and no intention to teach or let the other employee grow kind of mindset. Abusive , politics

The job quite interesting when it comes to travel the site and on field work because there you feel challenge and educate yourself about more components than you can see by sitting in office

Learnt a lot in terms of my role in the organization, but did not get good scope further on in my career. Its bitter but true.

Dislikes

No chances to work at site as requested many times during my tenure in the organisation, Stagnant nature of work (same work nothing new/ no challenges given)

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
