They hired people from different backgrounds regardless of their previous work experience. So there was a diversity in the office and the culture was good. However the things started going down when they gave powers and reporting s to the Indian managers.

Dislikes

The management will always overhire people and for them people are expandables. They do not care about the employees at all and they will abruptly let people go or lay them off for no reason at all. The CEO is really a careless and ignorant person who is only looking for attention and profits. Company needs a new leadership and new outlook and be more employee centric.

Only good thing is company pay Apart from this all worst. Companies like this should be restricted for operations in India. They don’t know how to treat employee. 1 star is so high it should be .25 star. Such kind of back to back Brutal layoff is the policy of company. They laidoff approx 5000 employees in 2 month.

I can’t name the one.. Everything is worst. No management, No polices, no Future plan.
