They may fire you tomorrow if one of their relatives ego gets hurt. Family run company with deep ego and no human sentiments. It may seem like and marketed like their boss is an humanitarian, but he runs on greed. People do business for profits, but what they have is more than greed. You may lie or scam people, if you achieve and earn more money for the boss, you are a knight in the company and they give Pay Salary to you like you didn't work for it.
