Likes

Well maintained company interrior. Everything are documented. Company environment is safe for females. They are helping to there employees in the hard times.

Dislikes

Power is only in one hand, you are not free to work independently. Management not believe on you, just believe in what they want to believes. Only work, not any other activities. Treating there staff like labours.

Likes

Company support to employees in their bad times. Annual function like Diwali and New year is good.

Dislikes

There is no extra activities. Everybody is loaded because of system not maintaining properly.

Starting period is tough for me. No training process. I learnt from day by day during work.
