No Transparency regarding salary hike. Negligible growth 4-7% with incentive at mercy of management, but sales target is 30% growth against last year.

Work Details

Monotonous. No training, workshop. Our only job 365 days is to sell drums. We practically have no memories of work except for month end days where we have to meet target.
