As new entrant in Automotive Coatings challenge to prove is forecast, company culture is good , huge support in difficult covid times.

Dislikes

We are still young company hence need more time to be cohesive force in market

Work Details

Heading Sales and Marketing for West and North is full of new challenges each week and provides good Learning curve, main aim is to secure top three position in next 3 years

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
