Dislikes
BEO will be more productive and good place of work if they can improve the amenities provided with for employees. also, if they can support employees with industrial level salary and appraisals.

I am part of a team which allows me to learn many new things and explore in new areas. We are handling many projects with most of the German Clients then also company is managing the Work life balance of there employees which is one of the biggest point to be highlighted. So I can say i am satisfied with the company and the team i got.
Dislikes
Compensation is decent but still it is less when compared to other company's of the same level. Onsite opportunities are less nowadays probably that can be because of current situation. Not trying to hold there old and experienced employees.
