Mainly the work and life balance, niether management nor HR is in favour to you. HR are very slow in processing anything and mostly negligible.

It was worst, not because of the team management but because of HR's, they've never supported any colleague. Even in exit interview its not treated as interview, the call is only to tell you how to proceed with your seperation. Totally disappo

Everything apart from the ones I mentioned in likes. Appraisals are no more than cashbacks. Don't expect any help from the Team leads and managers (not all but many). They're excellent in their technical skills but many of them have this attitude of criticizing juniors...that that's simply because though they're good developers but they're not good leaders. HR management is next to pathetic. Apart from all these, there is this office politics...well it's everywhere so it won't make any sense to discuss it. My take: if you're able to clear the OAs and interviews, you deserve much better than this....Read More
