I can count it. High politics everywhere. HR Head want you to adulate if she do any favor. I asked her to re look my increment as it was only 5%. First she spoke to me like I am her slave. Good vibes as you are surrounded with students

Dislikes

Too much politics and no ethics. If you are good at it, go for it but if you are not able to get into it, you will get trapped and see no progress to your hard work. Someone works hard and someone rejoice only on the basis of politics which exists everywhere but here it's beyond one can think of. HR is not all co-operative. Very chaotic management.
