This organisation is the embodiment of a nightmare workplace, with a toxic environment fostered by an egocentric leader who yells harsh and derogatory remarks. The dishonesty is aggravated by phoney coworkers and furthered by dishonest hiring procedures that lead to positions that aren't compatible. Because HR is married to the CEO,office politics are rife and can result in a lack of support and justice. The lack of scheduled weekends off, arbitrary terminations, and stagnant pay are further factors that contribute to a depressing work environment. The atmosphere is even more depressing by the refusal of leaves. HR turns a blind eye, making complaints pointless, while the accountant, Akshay Naik, engages in despicable behaviour, degrading female employees and encouraging prejudice.
