I found only one thing wrong with the company. The company should forgive the one mistake of the employee instead of asking him to resign from the job. If the staff has worked day and night to increase the business of the counter and saved the counter from closing, that staff should not be told that you will have to resign after seeing your mistake.

Dislikes

Higher management is least bothered about the ground staff internal growth, increment or promotion. HO depends on RMs and AMs inspite of having so many bad experiences regarding the integrity and malpractice by them. HO people's don't even bother to investigate or reply to any complaints put to them by the ground staff by mail. This is the worst culture of the company.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
