one of the worst company i have ever seen in my corporate life. they don't want to know what is going on in the base level from base level staff. they used to do what is informed by the senior level staff as like store in-charge, manager, etc. , etc.

Dislikes

they used to appoint employees every month from different parts of India but those employees can't guarantee their work period i.e. up to which date they will work. no settlement provided, they used to give only suspension letter for fifteen days or a week after that they used to give termination letter without settlement.
