Its a team work here.and job time spent well. Its work lifeis balance etc. The company is open innovation and readily adopt latest techology .i am.prt of a team that markets reliable. High.wuality products and has a globle client base.

Dislikes

There is no system in ths company.its need more improvement and planning system for growth the plant. Thete is no job security.invironment of this copmany is toomiserable for employeed. Need new innovation for production..compensation is decent but growth is low the work presure is very high, i have to work 10to 22 hours straight ina day i have to attend client calls inthe evining and sometimes late night.managers do not value an individuals unique strenghths.which is why i have to take back my suggetions most of times i do recieve appreciation emails from my clients but theumostly go unnoticeed during my mid year appraisals also .there is no no job training for freshers.hence senior fols like me haveto gide them step by step which is a pain sometimes....Read More

Generly speaking my work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire products marketing and distributio slife cycle as well as manege day to day yield operations pitching for my company as marketer .gets tiring snd the slightly repetitive.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
