Company basically recruiting freshers for lead generation 1. Recruit give 4 day training 2. Ask then to generate 50 leads in 5 days 3. Even if you generate 49 leads, you are sacked without any salary and they dont even pay the conveyance. Conveyance - they want to pay INR per Km for two wheeler, which is cancelled if you dont find a lead HR is not having any idea and is basically running a SCAM recruitment policy. Their main business is at howrah however they font have any plans to expand. They throw in all the blabbering exaggeration like r&d, corporate culture, etc. But basically its a company with zero vision....Read More
