You will realise be in hellfire. No job security no manners held by top management. Management is one owner and one consultant those two are the management other all are workers only . Everything is pathetic in belchem. Just think before joining this company if you think it's fake review then just go and taste the delicacy. Company doesn't have basic facility like water filter.
