Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?

The company is very bad and the people who leave this company are not confirmed or the people who leave are not confirmed. If you do not get salary then these people say then do 25 days of duty again and get full salary again. There is no respect for the staff and these people respect me themselves, or the problem of food is a big problem
