Believe me, this site BD TCI is just a service company which works for BD and claims itself as OEM. Expectation is that you work 10 to 5 in day time and you are expected to work from 7 to 12 AM or even beyond during the US time by killing your personal time. Work is allocated in such a way you fall into such schedules. Doing all this they call themselves as flexible. Best part is you can meet project timelines only if you work day and night, and you'll also be recognised only if you do that. They have the "Speak Up" culture which is great but people are going to stand by and watch, hear what you say and do probably nothing about it.
