Its a good comapny , the management is quite coperative and i am enjoying working with them from last 3 years I joined this organsation as business developemnt manager in couple of 3 years i have redesignated 2 times as terriorty sales manager and now as Area business manager . Looking forward to work with them for aleast 2 years

Internal politics of department head and HR head after 7 years working in same organisation, HR was not aware about my KRA as per designation and department head never given proper KRA and always given junior level work and pressure only, zero support by department head and showing wrong picture to higher authority.
