If U are a job seeker never do work with this school better do anything. 1. The management is third class. At the very first day they charge 1 month salary from teachers as the name of caution money, no appointment letter no ID card for teachers no job security as they find someone with low salary they will replace you. All the teachers are below standard and no proper knowledge of respective subjects. no work life balance they cut salary unnecessary treat you like a slave....Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
