THESE PEOPLE ARE WORSE,I AM FROM NAGERCOIL,WHEN I APPLIED FOR JOB ,THEY SAID WORK FOR FEW MONTHS AT AMBATTUR BRANCH AND WILL LATER PLACE AT NAGERCOIL BRANCH .I WAS HIRED FOR NIGHT 12 HRS SHIFT ,WHEN OTHER DOCTORS NOT AVAILABLE I WAS MADE TO COVER DUTIES NOPAY FOR IT,AFTER BEING THERE FOR 6 MONTHS ALL OF SUDDEN ORDERED ME TO CHANGE TO ANOTHER BRANCH AT CHENNAI ,NO ACCOMADTION AT THAT BRANCH .I WASNT INFORMED WHY THIS CHANGE AND WHEN I ASKED TO CHANGE ME TO NAGERCOIL BRANCH, OR ALLOW ME TO STAY IN CURRENT BRANCH THEY TERMINATED ME THE NEXT DAY WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND ASKED ME TO VACATE THEROOM IMMEDIATELY.THE PERSON (MEDICAL DIRECTOR)NEVER SPOKE ABOUT THIS ISSUE IN PERSON TO ME AND MY TERMINATION MSG CAME AS VOICE MSG IN GROUP WATSAPP.THIS IS HOW THESE PPL TREAT HARD WORKING CANDIDATES .WORST JERK THEY NEVER FOLLOW ANY PROMISES THEY TELL US WHILE HIRING.AND THEY DIDNT PAY THE SALARY PROPERLY FOR LAST MONTH ,CUT DOWN MUCH TELLING COMPANY POLICY BUT NONE MENTIONED WHILE JOINING OR WRITEN IN THEIR OFFER LETTER...Read More

NO DIGNITY FOR DOCTORS . You will be treated like roadside dog . I was attending rotational shift ... in be well t nagar .. working staffs are cunning and double faced .nurses , HR , duty doctors around are not cooperative . I was expected to do frequent 12 hr duty straightway since we were 4 of them 2 of them will be on leave always . It was only 2 weeks since I joined the hospital suddenly they called me and told they are not happy with my performance and the reason they gave was horrible .. they told I was not cooperating with nurses and spoke rudely to doctors and was asked to leave the place immediately ....Read More
