Insurance coverage is at the lowest amount and it is with the third class service provider... seriously...once i gave it to one hospital and they look at me twice and asked if I am a government employee

The company is brutally honest to its customers. All services are quoted according to laid down contract terms. No attempt is made to make any hidden profits.

Dislikes

The company might have the best technology globally, but when it comes to India, there is too much pressure on the staff to feed data manually which is then shown to the customers as auto-captured and forms the basis of customers MIS & reports. The Delhi branch in particular is run by a very egoist and self pampered GM - Mr. Martin Raj. No one can remain in the branch once he counters him any discussion. No suggestions or advice are entertained and his word is final. The market is full of good vendors but services are taken only from the ones who offer him commission/bribes from the back end. The company has laud down the appraisal process but all that us sabotaged and the increments are decided by him alone. Employees are reluctant to offer any inputs to better their working in the fear of inviting his wrath. In my tenure, I saw many people join just to leave their jobs in a few months just because they were unable to bear his tantrums and were not allowed to express a free opinion. Unless he is removed from the branch, I advise everyone not to think of joining this company, not at least in Delhi....Read More
