Likes

The Nursing school had v. Cooperative employees. The school had limited students , student : teacher ratio was balanced . We got to travel to various field trips along with students. Overall a good working environment.

Skill development - Good
Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

There was hardly any increments in salary. Staff was limited, therefore work pressure with few staff members.

Job security - Poor
Company culture - Poor

Work Details

Job was bit hectic, but as I love teaching I enjoyed my work.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
