Lots of Politics in Ho there are Ho some staff ,Their are having hobby of doing politics. No Appraisal from last 2 year in 2 years Covid tenure Average is 30-40% wages has been given by Organization. Fraud Company Fake promises for Appraisal and Promotions Either you have given lot to the organisation but there are top management seniors those who don't have thier own minds and eyes.

First, being a salesman is not an easy task, but it's very important to show how much we love dealing with people( good/ bad customers). It's a part of Hospitality and skills improvement/ development. It's not the best job(Bazar India) in India as a company. The pays are not meant for someone who's running a family( low payment). But satisfy with what we get is the best choice. Thank you
