The company tries to maintain a good image in the industry however it is all optics

First they will promote you to a managers position and in a few months will again demote you to your earlier role. First they will hire you in a managerial cadre and then they will inform you to get demoted and take up a beginner’s position. Everything, It is a MNC company but worse than other company, too much pressure from manager and if you get sick they will question on your abilities to work. Favouritism on high level. Working off and holidays are too little.
