1. The management of Record to Report function in accounting is worst of its kind. No technical knowledge or no basic understanding about the work. Managers pretend as they work. Everything is looked by so called SME's. They are another kind of creepy guys. 2. There is one "strategic" hiring tactic I have observed in the shared service centre in Bangluru. Hire a person with low or no knowledge with the subject and concur them. 3. After Monsanto was taken over by Bayer, lot of old employees left due to no or low respect to their knowledge. 4. Accounting is split like anything as tiny so called processes where you can't learn anything. If you really want to learn accounting look somewhere else. It is not a good place to work as people are toxic who are spooling culture at Bayer there are safety issues for women and also male dominated culture though female are at Top management no policies for women colleagues

Culture policies towards women compensation is poor Hierarchy is not right as powerless designations are there not well qualified people on top position

Highly incompetent leaders. No growth mindset. Takes years to execute an already existing solution which will leave you with no impact in the organisation. Politics > Skills Working on out-dated technologies. Technical managers are almost like people managers with no technical competency. No technical discussion in team meetings. No job security because of the 3 decades low trading stock.

Company policies are not same for all. Work not appraise, job role discussed at the time of interview , but the level of job offer was hidden, so about such experience person I am, the lower level job position joined. Food is not good quality in canteen, and nobody is taken care off.
