Company policy is worst. Here HR have no rights to promote or make employees onrole in a certain period. Company firstly will hire you on On-role after that they will covert you on contractual role. At early stage company was like MNC standard culture. Post hiring of referral and big fatty salaried persons they have scattered the culture as well as atmosphere and owners became opportunistic.
