Dislikes? Where do i start? Career growth here is like a unicorn--everyone talks about it, but no one's actually seen it.The office politics could put a Netflix drama to shame, and favoritism is basically a company policy. Truly a masterclass in how NOT to value employees!!

Senior frequently defame employees in-front of their higher management. Office Politics leads to toxic work culture. No Leaves. Some senior engineers behaves like they own the company.

1. No work-life balance: The company initially promised a 5 days workweek, but in reality, they expect you to work 7 days — 6 days from the office and on Sundays from home. 2. Highly political management: The managers and management are extremely manipulative, to the point that they could outdo politicians. They want only “smart” people who will come to work even after providing medical reports and documentation. If someone can't comply, they start targeting that person, placing them on a PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) to pressure them. If someone asks for work-from-home due to medical issues, they refuse, saying there's no policy for that, except for pregnant women.
